I scanned my copy and replaced a large number of the photos with clear photos of the originals, a number of them are in color. I think it was close to 200 updates. His sister used to live in Chandler, I doubt she is still around.

A&P, IA, PPSEL
too many years GA and Warbird Maint

if this is the woman who lives/lived in the Canton - Massillon Ohio area , I talked with her several years age. She asked if I was interested in buying the book and several other items. We negotiated and I offered her $500 but she wanted MUCH more . I told her to contact Bowing Green U as they had a large collection of Ercoupe history and I also suggested she contact Larry Snyder . She felt the items were worth several thousand dollars .

Well if the author is indeed the same fellow in the link he signed the book mere months before his untimely demise.

The book was copyrighted in 1981 and clearly states that reproducing it electronically is not permitted without permission from the author (or estate as he was a lawyer and may have been the one in the link).

So, no - you can't do that legally.
