It was overlooked, that should have been caught during a annual inspection long before it got that bad.

Hi all: just a quick report that some one may find useful. After noticing fuel dripping from the bottom "belly", with the help of my friend and mechanic, we traced it back and found the culprit: my Coupe has the "added" rudder pedals and the cables had "sawed" the aluminum pipe which connects the two wing tanks, and happens to be passing right on top of the cables. I am not sure if the STC for the rudder pedals (installed before I got my Coupe) did not account for this, or if it was simply overlooked, but I thought I would report this, in case some one else may encounter a similar issue.
