If you have installed an O-200 ? The STC would include any changes required.

On the other hand if you have an STC for O-200 cylinders and crankshaft. You still have C'85 engine. Just repair and reseal your existing battles. Please remember if this is the case all C-85 limitations apply. Not the limitations of the O-200.
