I'd figure out which parts Univair CAN'T give you (apparently firewalls are one of these) and find an old basket case plane that has at least a few good parts... the ones you can't get!
I think Syd Cohen has pretty much done this a couple times.

Sure. It might take years or decades as they would have to pull out old tooling and figure out how to make it work.

Do you think you could build a full, new, Ercoupe (minus avionics, engine, and electronics) from Univair parts? If so, how much do you think it would cost (not including labor)?
