From what I watched on the chicago news, the Ercoupe landed on the LSD (Lake Shore Drive) with two people on board and from the photos on the news site, the Ercoupe looked good.

Any info on the Ercoupe that lost power and landed on a road in Chicago? It was on the news last night.
