Based on the email chain for Group 4 I believe Tom and Loye were planning on getting the four corners (Colo. Utah, NM, AZ ) as well as Nevada. I could take over from Laye at his home base of A20 and get it into Cali. starting with San Diego. I can start it up the state if folks don't want to brave the Class Bravo airspace is SOCAL. John

Here's the "Pre Sun N' Fun" Update:

This is my proposed handoff map. Pilots will need to "tag" their nearby states, this is just an approximate map of these pilot's home bases.

BLACK LINES = Brooks Flying
ORANGE LINES = Other Pilots Flying

Let me know what you think.

I'm good for anything that is within 500 miles or so of San Diego any time except flying on May 10, 17, 21, or June 11.  John

This is the place to discuss Section5, in which the relay flies from CA to WA.

Pilots so far include: Loye Hilton (depending on how section 4 ends), John Jones, Larry & Joe Shinn, Ron Holmes, James Good, Tracy Koberstein, and Charles Rosenfield.
