Want to acquire a 415C or 415CD

I'm starting a Sport Pilot flight center in south central Georgia. I'd like to feature and Ercoupe to train with. I am lookng for a 415C or CD with the 1320# STC and rudder pedals if available. Without rudder pedals I may consider. Also, anyone interested in a leaseback, that's an option here too.
If anyone knows of one relatively close (not Washington state) please let me know.
