As Larry said "easy peasy" even for a novice like me when it comes to mechanical issues! Tighter fit now.

You probably don’t need a new one. Easy peasy:
1. Buy a new silicon gasket at www.realgaskets.com. It might make it tight enough to seal. But if it doesn’t:
2. Tap on the tangs in the cap to tighten the seal. Don’t overdo it, those silicon gaskets don’t need a ton of pressure to seal.
Fixed!

Looking to replace my oil dip stick for a C-85 engine. Mine does not close tightly. Probably the original one. My coupe is a 1948 415E hot rod. N94865. Only had it three months. Old Bonanza driver. My last Hoorah! Fun to fly! Thanks
