Info on N67M for sale?

Looked at the ad this afternoon. Good sales pitch. other than the landing light The air frame looks very stock... 1) it is a C model lowest Wt model gross, 2) lots of Wt in the panel limiting your gross useful load. look at that unless you like flying solo.

Does anyone have any info / experience with this Ercoupe for sale by Weaver Aircraft?  Hefty $38K price tag, but fully equipped & polished variant.  Only 248 hours on the O-200.
