Canopy pic taken in the hangar with the canopy closed.  You can see the light grey painted area.

As I recall, the sunscreen was simply a painted section of the canopy. Mine was painted red. Be sure to use a paint that is compatible with the plexiglass.

Ah, I replied in your wanted post before seeing this. It looks like you're inquiring about the rear side window that was on the A2-A models which most Alons don't have. Your sliding canopy looks like it has the same "top" shade as mine.

I am looking for an Alon or M-10 sunshade.  I am open to ideas to keep the overhead sunlight out.  Without some sort of shade the Florida heat is a killer.  Here is a picture of a factory shade.  No one has it including Univair.
