It is very hard to give a estimate for R&R of the header tank, there are too many variables, such as haw many instruments have to be moved, engine control cables, radio and transponders, wiring and so on. Every Ercoupe is different

I would like to know this as well. Had a fuel flow issue flying on 19 August 2019 and was forced to make an emergency landing - power dropped and returned...up and down...Made it to an airstrip. Sloshing compound (what's left of it) may be the culprit.

What can I expect to pay to have my fuel tanks removed and repaired from my Ercoupe 415C? They are not leaking. The sloshing compound is beginning to break up. I discussed at the convention in Iowa with some individuals on how to remove the header tank and on further examination, I am too fat to do it myself.
Thanks,
Dave
