The cam profile is different from an O-200, and I’ve read that the effective output is around 94 hp. From experience, I can tell you it’s a noticeable improvement in performance.

My C85 engine had an O200 crank installed at the time of a total engine rebuild with all new internal parts (Univair engine rebuild kit). Now my question is, has this crank changed the Max Horsepower output of the original C85 engine to 100 HP from 85 HP. I think not, but one A&P told me it did and another A&P said it did not! What should I believe? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
