my takeoff run seems excessive and after liftoff the left wing drops requiring correction. takeoff is almost always at gross (1320) since I have 30 gal tanks and I weigh 200 +

Rather than worry about tail height, put a level on the sill and check for level or close to level. That’s what you’re shooting for.
